Can you give us a brief description of your experience/background:
I graduated with a master’s in athletic training and worked in the field for 5 years. I decided to attend massage therapy school and change my career path but still use my background in my new field.
Why do you love what you do:
I love being able to help people and make them feel good enough to go out and achieve their goals in their sport or in the gym.
When you aren’t working, what are you most likely up to:
Snuggling on the couch with the pups.
What’s a fun fact about you that not many people know:
I’m a high school softball state champion and a college basketball national champion.

If you could have any super power, what would it be and why:
Teleportation so I could sleep in longer and never have to drive anywhere.

At a field watching my children play a sport, reading, or volunteering with Pink Revolution of NH.

The best testimonial is the look on someone’s face as they emerge feeling better than when they arrived. Referrals of friends and family to visit me for a service is one of the greatest compliments I could receive!

I graduated from Nashua Community College with their Certificate of Massage Therapy in 2014. I have been actively practicing since 2018. I look forward to continuing my education and working with diverse clients enrich my knowledge
Why do you love what you do:
I love being active and working one-on-one with clients. I enjoy building rapport and learning how to best meet every clients needs. I view the connection between mind, body, and spirit as an important part of my practice. I like to facilitate a space where clients are at ease, communication is open, and the environment is safe for healing to take place
When you aren’t working, what are you most likely up to:
I enjoy literature, films, TV, and fashion. Time with my daughter, family, and friends is a treasure
What’s a fun fact about you that not many people know:
I’m a pro at making sticky white short grain rice. With a proper rice cooker of course!

If I could immediately identify the root of people’s illnesses and bodily dysfunctions, it would be a dream and infinitely helpful

Started my massage therapy career 24 yrs ago at NH Community College, to yrs of continuing Ed, working on client s from Swedish, to DT to lymphatic drainage on body’s that have experienced trauma

Giving people a massage that is non invasive good human touch

Going to the beach, Exercising and spending time with my boys and animals

I became a massage therapist later in life. Prior to massage therapy I enjoyed a successful career in corporate management and healthcare.
Why do you love what you do:
I love helping people experience a healthy and healing journey through selfcare.
When you aren’t working, what are you most likely up to:
Spending time with my family and two Portuguese waterdogs.

I climbed a 14,000 foot mountain and white water rafted down the Rio Grande.
