Cancellation Policies & Procedures

Our Policy Protects Our Service Providers

Did you know that in our industry, most service providers are commission-based employees? This means they do not make a salary nor do they get paid hourly. They earn their living by taking care of our valued guests. If a client does not show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, we do not have an opportunity to book another appointment with a client on our waiting list.

Our Policy Protects Our Guests

Did you know that at Bella Viaggio we have a waiting/cancellation list for appointments? We do our best to accommodate all clients and their needs to the greatest extent possible by filling all available appointment times. Our cancellation policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible.

Late/Tardy Policy

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens – we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set some general rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15-minute grace period. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you or possibly reschedule. Please, always, call if you think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of the day.

Confirmations

As a courtesy, we do call, text, and/or email to confirm the date and time 48 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure. Please make sure we have all up-to-date contact information.

We understand your time is valuable and we hold your appointment times just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 48-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. ‘No shows’ and cancellation day of appointments will be charged full amount of scheduled service. Cancellations are accepted via voice mail, text message, or email. The 48-hour cancellation policy will apply.

With a 48-hour notice, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, we want to make you aware that having 3 or more no-show appointments, which include last-minute cancellations, will result in payment in advance to guarantee any future appointments.

We accept credit cards, cash, or check but our gratuity is Venmo, cash, or check only. We do have an ATM on-site for your convenience.

Cancellation Fees

Less than 48 hours notice – 50% of service fees
“No-shows” – 100% of service fees

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
